World’s Biggest YouTuber Celebrates Private Caribbean Wedding With Family And Close Friends
American YouTube sensation Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as MrBeast, has married his longtime partner, content creator and author Thea Booysen, in a private wedding ceremony held on a Caribbean island.
The 28-year-old social media entrepreneur, widely regarded as the world’s most-subscribed YouTuber with more than 500 million subscribers across his platforms, announced the marriage on his official Instagram page, sharing a series of photographs from the intimate celebration.
The wedding pictures captured memorable moments from the ceremony, with Donaldson dressed in a tailored suit while Booysen wore an elegant lace wedding gown before changing into a shorter dress for the reception. The couple also appeared in matching white casual outfits during the post-wedding festivities.
Expressing his happiness, MrBeast described the occasion as the most memorable day of his life.
> “I found Mrs Beast and it was the best day of my life,” he wrote on Instagram.
According to reports, the wedding took place on Necker Island, the private Caribbean island owned by British billionaire Sir Richard Branson. About 70 family members and close friends attended the week-long celebration, which reportedly began on July 14.
Guests participated in several recreational activities, including snorkelling and kitesurfing, before the couple exchanged their vows in a private ceremony officiated by a family friend who is an ordained minister.
MrBeast and Thea Booysen first met during a visit to South Africa in 2022 after being introduced by a mutual friend. Their friendship blossomed into a romantic relationship, leading to their engagement on Christmas Day in 2024.
MrBeast has built a global reputation for producing large-scale philanthropic challenges, charity projects and entertainment videos, making him one of the most influential digital content creators in the world.
